📊Friday, March 27th MARKET WATCH!!!🏡SHELTER IN PLACE EDITION👀. Yesterday's numbers were encouraging with 8 New Listings hitting the market and 8 recorded Accepted Offers.👍Price ranges varied on Accepted Offers from homes priced at $319,900 down to $95K, with the average price at $210K. This will probably be a good stat to keep track of, so I guess I need to get my geek on and pour over some more numbers🤓Closed transactions are staying strong thanks to the efforts of Titlecompanies who have stayed proactive and are finding new and safe ways to do business.
