📊Friday, April 10th MARKET WATCH!!!🏡AT HOME EDITION!😷Only 2 Accepted Offers were recorded yesterday on residential Tippecanoe County homes. That tiny amount eliminates any bump I had reported yesterday, tracking us well below last week's numbers. We'll need 13 more accepted offers to be recorded in the next 2 days to catch us up to last week and avoid a further decline. Yesterday's lucky homes were listed at $155K and $190K and both under 3 days on the market. Meanwhile, 7New listings hit the market with an average asking price of $159K.
