📊Monday, April 13th MARKET WATCH!!!🏡 I NEED A HAIRCUT EDITION 🦁 In these daily updates I attempt to track home buyer confidence by posting Accepted Offers, New Listings and additional MLS info. Weekly totals continue to decline as we recorded only 36 Accepted Offers in Tippecanoe County last week, compared to 40 the previous 2 weeks and 63 the week prior to COVID-19 life. This low tally brings us into earlier February like #'s. Inventory continues to remain low as we currently see only 194 available homes on the market. With low inventory tracking steadily with low Accepted Offers this is the only bright spot, helping to hold home values during these strange times. Let's hope for the best during the next couple of weeks and stay safe! I'm continuing to do business but in a new way.
