📊Saturday, April 25th MARKET WATCH!!!🏡

Thanks to a decent surge of New Listings this week we have seen our overall numbers improve.

▪️ 4 Accepted Offers Yesterday brings our weekly total to 45, matching our best total since COVID-19 began affecting the market.

▪️ 45 New Listings hit the market this week, still low but also the best week we've had since March 15th.

▪️ 198 available homes are on the market. We're getting close to breaking the 200 mark, which would be a first for 2020!

▪️ 111 Homes have Sold in April. By month's end we will finish below March's total (183), maybe slightly above February (126), but definitely well below April 2019's total of 227.

I'm seeing more activity on my end, and there are ways to do it safely and continue to be responsible while still helping clients achieve their goals.
