📊Sunday, April 19th MARKET WATCH!!!🏡 WEEKLY WRAP-UP EDITION: We have finished our 5th week since market activity started to decline, and numbers are starting to see a slight rise. 42 total Accepted Offers last week outperforms the previous week and brings us closer to the first week when COVID-19 started to really affect our daily lives. Bad news is that inventory continues to shrink, with only 33 new listings hitting the market. I'm no mathematician, but by my calculations if that trend continues we will have zero houses on the market soon and I will be going back to bricklaying😂😂😂😩😩 I feel we're going to start seeing a surge of homes within the next few weeks, and it will be interesting to see the results of tomorrow's MLS entries after a busy weekend. Our clients still need to sell and buy homes, so let's keep using gloves, masks, shoe covers, virtual tours, online signatures only, everything we can to keep it safe.
