📊Wednesday, April 15th MARKET WATCH!!!🏡 WHAT DAY IS IT, AGAIN? EDITION 🤷‍♂️ In these daily updates I attempt to track home buyer confidence by posting Accepted Offers, New Listings and additional MLS info. Tuesday we recorded 9 Accepted Offers, 5 of which were on the market for 3 days or less. Highest asking price was $315K and lowest was $125K at an average of $213K. So far we're tracking higher numbers than last week, hopefully the numbers hold strong or even improve this week. Zero listings were withdrawn or cancelled yesterday, compared to the high number of 5 on Monday. 10 new homes went active yesterday, which helps with inventory but still keeps it at an extremely low number of 193 available homes on the market. With the majority of the homes accepting offers being newer listings, this stagnant number of available listings tends to be either more expensive homes (median $270K) or "stale" listings (average 34 days on market). Regardless, people need to sell and buy homes, so let's keep using gloves, masks, shoe covers, virtual tours, online signatures only, everything we can to keep it safe.
