Just looking at this Saturday through Tuesday #'s that brings us up to a total of 29 Accepted Offers, compared to 19 the previous Saturday through Tuesday. Hopefully that trend keeps on going, and Covid-19 flattens. Highest asking price for yesterday's accepted offers was $318K while the lowest was $118K, at an average of $203K. 7 of the 9 homes accepted an offer with the first 11 days. Total Sold homes for March ended up at 172, compared to 154 in 2019.
